How long does shipping take for a complete skateboard?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 10-14 business days depending on customs.
What is your return policy for skate decks?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the deck is in its original shrink wrap and has not been gripped or skated. Once a board is assembled or used, it cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on broken decks?
Zero Skateboards offers a limited warranty against manufacturer defects such as delamination. However, we do not cover breakage caused by impact, improper landings, or normal wear and tear.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes, once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure checkout experience.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
Deck size is largely based on personal preference and shoe size. Generally, 7.75" to 8.25" is standard for street skating, while 8.5" and above is preferred for transition and vert skating.
