Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully stoked on your gear, so Zero Skateboards offers a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all un-skated decks and unworn apparel. Items must be in their original shrink wrap or packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack the Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box; ensure skateboard decks remain in their protective shrink wrap to avoid damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
